We got some good newspaper coverage of our clean-up of the Georgetown Hospital climbing wall and our positive relationship with the hospital. This is a good success story that we'll keep here on-line to help encourage other private land owners to allow climbing on their land with a similar liability waiver system. Many other climbing areas in Texas, including Reimers Ranch Park, Monster Rock, and the Continental Ranch operate under this type of waiver system to help protect the land owners from law suits and it has worked well for all of us for many years. Despite climbing accidents at all of these climbing areas, there has never been a law suit in any case.
